In this issue, Baby Boomer, the mad bomber, has escaped from prison and has plans to get revenge on commandant Lassard. So officer Mahoney and the gang have to protect Lassard in "The Return of Baby Boomer." Issue also has "Jonesy's Day Off" in which Jonesy has a day off and decides to spend it practicing his sound effects, which enables him to help a lot of people.
